JackpotLotto.com.au offers a 100% refund for a syndicate share if an order is cancelled 48 Hours prior to closing of the draw for that syndicate and the syndicate is not fully sold out. JackpotLotto.com.au cannot refund Combo or single share products as the tickets are purchased immediately after processing. Please email us with your request including your member ID and your password, which order/invoice you wish to cancel. Funds will appear as a credit amount in your account.
